Today is my mom's 64th Birthday. Can you believe that this woman is 64. Who has a mom that is daring enough to have pink hair. That is my beautiful mom!! I love her very much. She is my best friend. Today I will be taking her to Truckee for the day. This is where she really wanted to go. She has been asking for a while now. Happy Birthday, Mom!! We love you very much!

Here are a few pictures of my many hair styles and colors through the years. What do you guys think? I have had lotz of different colors, but I pretty much stay with the same styles. I have my spring/summer do(short and spiky) and fall/winter do(is my want to be bob). I would love to see what you all look like, what your hair color/style is. Let me know. Major Hair Changes...

I have made a major change in my hair color. I went BLACK with Blue chunks. First off, black is my natural hair color and I have never colored my hair black all over before. I haven't seen my natural hair color since I was 16 yrs old. I can't believe that I have been coloring my hair that long. Husband has never seen my natural hair color. This was a shock for him. I do have to say that I really like it. I was wanting a change. It is that time of year to start growing it out. What do you guys think? Also, notice my new glasses. I forgot to post them when I got them. I got them a couple of weeks ago. They are purple with blue inside. I really like them. I haven't had color frames since high school. Comments please. Tell me what you think. I really would like to hear from you guys.
Our Weekend...

I know it has been a while since I have written on our website. So, what have we been doing? Well, much of nothing. Lately, Husband spends the evening glued to the TV playing his Wii Lego's Star Wars, while I sit in the bedroom and read. I have read Twilight twice now and I am working on Breaking Dawn again. I love these books and I can't seem to get enough of them. Last Friday we went to our local fair. We had a nice time. Husband won us a gold fish. He is doing really good. We put him in the fish tank with our last piranha (mini puffer fish) and he is holding his own. We thought maybe he might have been eaten, but he wasn't. Saturday we spent the day shopping for the swaps that are coming up. Sunday we took down the pool. It was a very hot weekend. We don't have anything special going on for the rest of the week. Secret Buddy Thank You...

We would like to say a huge thank you to our Oct DTC group Secret Buddy. The theme was Backyard Fun. They sent us an Elmo Sprinkler, a picnic basket with a matching pin wheel, matching plates, cups, silverware and napkins and also bubbles. We love them all. Thank you so much and we are sorry for the late thank you. We did receive our gift last week.
