32 Month LIDversary!!

Today we are celebrating our 32 Month LIDversary. We are going out to dinner to celebrate our Ali Shea day. We will also be buying Ali Shea a little something. Ali Shea...Mommy and Daddy love you very much and can't wait until we are a family. We will wait however long it takes to bring you home.
On a side note we found out on Monday that our adoption agency (Harrah's) is closing because of the economy. I guess they can't afford to stay open. They are moving all of their clients to CCAI. This is kind of a scary situation. Hopefully everything will go smooth. I am sad that this is happening. Who would have thought this would happen.
Daisy's 4th Birthday...

Look who is 4 yrs old today. Our little Daisy Lynn!! She woke up to 5 new squeaky toys. I found her favorite "gummy bear" toys at Target the other day. I bought 5 different color ones. They are all around the house now. I think she has had a good day. I sang Happy Birthday to her this morning. She is our little baby. Please help us wish our youngest fur baby a Happy Birthday!
Yard Sale Update...

Saturday we had our HUGE yard sale. WOW..did it go GREAT!! We had so much stuff. We got up early to set up because we couldn't set up anything on Friday due to the rain. It was suppose to rain on Saturday, but it didn't. It was a great day. So, our sale was set to start at 8am, but people started showing up around 7:30am. It was a wild day. Originally we wanted to do the sale from 8-1, but we stayed out until 2:30pm. We still have enough stuff left over for another yard sale. We will be doing it again in a few weeks. Also, we might still get more donations of stuff to sell. As for what we made at the sale...let's just say A LOT. It will be going into the bank to help with the travel for our adoption. This has been the most money we have ever made for a yard sale. We would like to thank our family and friends that have donated stuff for us to sell. Also, for all your help on Saturday.
My Rose Bouquets..

Here is a picture of my roses that Dean got me for our 13th Wedding Anniversary. I have cut them and hung them up to dry. I ended up with 24 purple roses. I have two bouquets. The one with the purple ribbon is the last bouquet I received. They should dry really good. I have tons of these bouquets around our house. I LOVE dried roses!!
What's Been Going On...

Boy, have we been busy!! We are getting ready for our HUGE yard sale. Tomorrow from 8-1 we will be having our HUGE yard sale to help raise money for our adoption. We have LOTS and LOTS of stuff. It has consumed our house and back porch. I can't wait for it to be done. We have been getting this ready for 4 weeks now. I don't think we have ever had a yard sale this big. Hopefully we will make a lot of money. The only thing that I am really worried about is the weather. There is a 20% chance of rain on Saturday. Hopefully if it does rain, it will wait until our sale is over. Keep your fingers crossed for us. This is why I haven't updated our website for awhile. I will take some pictures and post about it on Sunday. We hope you all have a great weekend.
