Funny Hat Wii Family Fun Night...

You have probably been wondering what Husband and I have been doing. Well, this is it!! We have been doing our Wii family fun nights. Last night we spiced it up with funny hats. Guess who is still the boxing champ? ME!! I beat husband again in Wii boxing. I love it! I have also made it to Pro status in the bowling. Yes, I am a Bowling Pro!! I can't wait until we can buy another game. I am so addicted to the Wii. That is about what we have been doing lately. I have also been doing my Walt Disney World Scrapbook. That is keeping me busy. This weekend Husband and I are celebrating our 12 yr Wedding Anniversary. It is on Sunday. Can you believe that we have been married for 12 yr? WOW!! It seems like yesterday I married my best friend. I am not to sure of what we are going to do, but hopefully it will be fun. I hope that everyone has been having a happy week. Tomorrow mom and I are going to get our hair done. That will be a fun day. I am not to sure what color I will be. Probably blue again. I don't know. I hope you all have a fun and exciting weekend! Movies, Movies & Wii boxing match...

So, you guys have been probably been wondering what movies Husband and I went to see this weekend. Well, the first movie we saw was Indiana Jones and the Kingdom Crystal Skull. LOVED IT!! We are HUGE Indy fans. It is very entertaining and well worth the money. We do recommend it. We went on Saturday morning. We had a rainy day on Saturday. We also went to a very close friends College Graduation party. We had a nice day. As for our next movie, we saw Iron Man. I do have to say that this was a GREAT movie. I was very hesitant to see this movie at first, but Husband talked me into it. Husband has been really wanting to see it. I told him I would see his movie, but he has to go see a movie I want to see at a later time. We highly recommend this movie, too. For the rest of the weekend we played Wii when we had free time. We bought another nunchuck, so we have been able to have boxing matches. I won the first and so far the only one. So, I guess you can say, that I AM the CHAMPION! This has been a very fun long weekend. Husband went to the BugORama by himself on Sunday. He left really early to go to the swap meet. I was going meet him, but we decided against it. He did come home with a very special gift for me. It is this purse. It is made out of the same material they use in vintage VW's. This one matches our VW interior. What do you think? Isn't it the cutest thing. Husband picked it out all by himself for me. I LOVE IT!! It is so me!

19 Month LIDversary...

Today we celebrate our 19 Month LIDversary. I can't believe that it has already been 19 months. 2 yrs ago we started this process to adopt our little Alicyn Shea. Back then we were told that it would be 10-12 months. RIGHT!! We have pasted that. I think the current wait time is 28 months and it WILL get higher. I do know that we WILL wait as long as it takes to bring our little princess home. Last night we celebrated our LIDversary with dinner and we also bought Ali Shea a cute outfit. We have a busy weekend. Today we are going to our friends graduation party and we are also going to try to go to the movies. We really want to see Indiana Jones. Tomorrow we have the BugORama. We go every year. We are also having mom over for dinner and to play the Wii. As for Monday, I think we are going to the movies again. Not to sure of what we are going to see. See, busy weekend. We hope that everyone has a fun and safe holiday weekend.Alicyn Shea....We just wanted you to know that Mommy and Daddy are going to wait for you however long it takes to bring you home. Also, your Fur brother and sisters are eagerly waiting for you, too. We LOVE you very much!
Got Wii???

Guess what we got this evening??? We got a Wii!! I have been wanting one for awhile now. We finally found one. We went to Target tonight just to see if there were any and there were 2. We bought the Wii and an extra nunchuck with a DVD with 9 extra games. Our Wii came with Wii Sports. It has bowling. I LOVE IT!! We have been playing it all night. We also love the boxing. Boy, what a workout!
